This User Agreement for the Website shall come into effect on 0000 hours India Standard Time 01st April, 2019.Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Website. If you transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with THE COMPANY, these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations, with THE COMPANY.

The services of this Site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. By using this Site, you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of this Site. You also warrant that you are legally authorized to make the travel reservations and/or purchases for either yourself or for another person for whom You are authorized to act.
You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
This Site is to be used by you for Your personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been granted. You agree that You will not use this Site for chain letters, junk mail, ‘spamming’, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list. In addition, you agree not to create a hypertext link from any web site controlled by You or otherwise, to this Site without the express written permission.
By accessing using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this site or any of its services, functions or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to each and all the terms, conditions, and notices in this site (‘agreement’) without modification. Booking Terms and conditions.

The full amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card shortly after your booking is confirmed.

  • A valid credit card/Debit Card number is required to confirm the booking.
  • Rates are exclusive of the applicable government taxes,
  • Any revision in tax, the revised taxes will be applicable.
  • No show will be subject to a one-night retention charge.
  • Rates quoted are in INR and on per room per night basis.
  • Late check out and early check in are subject to availability.
  • Check in time is 14:00 Hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 noon
  • Checkouts from 12.00 hrs. to 18 .00 hrs. are subjected to 50% of room rate and thereafter at 100%
  • Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the no of adult’s box.
  • All arrivals prior to 6.00 hrs. are billed from the previous night. In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charged for entire reserved stay.
